
BIOGRAPHY
As a young immigrant to the United States, Stephen Realiza decided to pursue the same thing parents were pursuing when they migrated to America, "The American Dream". He started working at the age of 14 as a sign holder for real estate developments in his local neighborhood. After a year, he decided $10/hr wasn't worth standing outside for 6 hrs/day, all while enduring moderate to severe weather conditions. He left his sign holding job and began working in the quick service restaurant industry at the age of 17. He made $8/hr flipping burgers, meeting daily targets, and cleaning and sweeping the restaurant lobby.
Stephen was promoted to a manager position after only 6 months. He was later promoted to assistant store manager in only 3 and a half years. Stephen was a 7 time recipient of the Employee of the Month Award, and was even named Employee of the Year in 2009.
Stephen wanted more than an hourly wage so he started looking at other opportunities. Through a good friend of his, he found a home based network marketing company, which offered products and services that people were already using on a daily basis. Stephen would talk to his family and friends, and helped them save money on products and services such as their cell phones, internet, and even electricity bill. The best part was that he never needed to offer his friends and family anything they're were not already using. After helping the people around him save money every month and even bringing some of his network into the business with him, Stephen was able to walk away from his manager position after only 8 months into his home based business.
In November of 2014, Stephen's network marketing company expanded globally. The first country happened to be his native country, the Philippines. With over 20 countries expected to open within the following years, Stephen was then focused on helping not only his friends and family in the Philippines, but countless other people around the world!
Stephen had no prior experience in business or multilevel marketing. By working from home, he was able to spend more time with his family, diversify his income, pay off his debt and his current college tuition, and give more to his preferred charities.
Stephen has a very passionate about self development and empowering others. He also finds self fulfillment by helping others achieve their goals. Whether its a business target or a personal goal, Stephen is willing to do what it takes to help others achieve their goals and obtain success. He also enjoys investing. From small start ups to major holding companies with diverse portfolios.
